It is refreshing to have no-ego trainers, who's mission is to bring out the best in their clients. She is the perfect trainer to motivate, challenge and listen to your fitness goals. She targeted all my areas of concern and made the 45min fly by! They offer the same top-quality instruction in a more self-guided environment. Sam and Isaac, the trainers who run them, are wonderful.
