I have been able to safely push myself and have made huge improvements in my strength and range of motion (I could barely lift my arms above my head when we started). Lift is extremely clean, safe and I can’t recommend this gym and the trainers enough!

The facility is clean, the equipment is top notch, and all of the trainers are fantastic. One of the best qualities of this gym is that they personalize workouts to your body and injuries. They don't rush through the workout just to get it done- they make sure your form is correct and you are actually benefiting longterm from the exercise or movement. Finally, I can honestly say that I owe my dramatically improved form when lifting weights to the crew at LIFT. I hear Pete's voice in my head whenever I lift on my own--which means I maintain good form and avoid injury even when I'm not working out with them. Pete, Josh, Chad, and the rest of the LIFT team set such a high bar, I honestly don't know what I'll do when I finally leave Chicago and have to find another personal trainer!

All of the trainers are great because they listen to you and pay attention to your form to make sure you are getting high quality reps and avoiding injury. It’s efficient and effective 30 min workout that is just the right amount of challenging. I can’t recommend Lift enough! I’ve been training with Pete for a couple years now, and I can’t recommend him enough. He has helped me train for marathons, triathlons, and helped me get stronger again after some injuries, and now he’s helped me train through a pandemic, too! The two best times of my week are the two 30 mins session I have at Lift!
