Total Body Training with a functional approach. Move through a workout, spending less time resting, and more time LIFTING. Minimizing rest periods allows for maximizing efficiency in less time. LIFT Hard, LIFT Smart.

& CONDITIONING

Taking the principles of the 30 minute Strength Training sessions and incorporating circuit based conditioning, mobility, and fundamental core strengthening. With this extra time, we take a more in depth approach to YOUR fitness needs.

60 MINUTES STRENGTH
& CONDITIONING

A full, total body training experience. We take you through a customized and thorough routine of mobility, functional strength, and muscle building. If you enjoy longer workouts this is for you regardless of your training experience, or limitations. Gain strength, get fit, and stay injury free.

CLASSES

LIFT offers 3 different small group training options, including conditioning, strength, and strength & conditioning.  Our conditioning class is a 45-minute circuit based class whereas our strength is a 60 minute class with NO cardio.  Our strength & conditioning class combines the best of both with two coaches to guide you to your best fitness levels.  All levels welcome across any of our classes.
